Disease results in misery, pain, and poverty for millions of people worldwide. That’s why treating and preventing disease is so important to us. We lead efforts both large and small. We set up temporary clinics, blood donation centers, and training facilities in underserved communities struggling with outbreaks and health care access. We design and build infrastructure that allows doctors, patients, and governments to work together.
Our members combat diseases like malaria, HIV/AIDS, Alzheimer’s, multiple sclerosis, diabetes, and polio. Prevention is important, which is why we also focus on health education and bringing people routine hearing, vision, and dental care.
Under the leadership of President Syeda Simran Hasan, Team Rotary E-Club of Winter Haven District 6890 organized a Free Medical/ Health Camp in the underprivilege vicinity of Karachi on Sunday 7th July 2024 from 10 am till 4 pm.
In the Camp more than 700 hundred people including children were provided the medical facilities of Free Screenings of Eyes, Bones Mineral Density BMD, Body Mass Index BMI, Body Fats Analysis BFA & Visceral Fats Measurements VFM with free Medicines, Eye Drops & Eye Glasses.
Honorary Member of Rotary E-Club Winter Haven Dr. Altaf Eiden screened 523 Eye Patients and 211 BMD Patients. President Simran & Hon. Secretary Aly Khan heard the views of the patients and analyze the satisfactory level, as well as heard the views of the people who lives in the area about the Free Health Camp.
All the expense related Free Medicines, Eye Glasses, Volunteers Wages etc. were sponsored by President Simran & Hon. Secretary Aly Khan.

In the Camp more than 1100 hundred people including children were provided the medical facilities of Free Screenings of Eyes, Bones Mineral Density BMD, Body Mass Index BMI, Body Fats Analysis BFA & Visceral Fats Measurements VFM with free Medicines, Eye Drops & Eye Glasses.
